CERA Dog Society Adoption Process   1. Submit online application found on CERA homepage > 2. Email correspondence and Phone chat > 3. In-person home visit > 4. Sign adoption contract and pay adoption fee > 5. Overseas adoption dog flown from Taiwan to Vancouver   If an adoptable dog is fostered locally in Lower Mainland Vancouver, applicants will get to meet the dog during the home check stage.   If an adoptable dog is listed as available on CERA homepage then the dog is available for adoption.   Thank you for your patience with our process. http://www.ceradogs.org/
