Nancy's Story

Nancy is a young Australian cattle dog who would just love to sit on your lap and be cuddled all day. She's smart and full of personality with spurts of play time then lots of chill time.

Nancy is about 3 or 4 years old. She is completely house trained and is excellent in her crate. She's good on a leash and knows several commands including “sit” and “kennel.” She is particularly motivated if treats are involved!

Nancy loves other dogs but can get pretty rowdy when she plays. She would be great with a dog buddy as long as the dog is accepting, playful, and not easily offended by silly antics. One of Nancy's favorite things is to talk to all her favorite toys.

Nancy needs a home with a fenced-in yard and would prefer someone who has herding dog experience. Nancy has trouble navigating stairs and needs a home with no steps. No kids under 10 please. Nancy is being fostered in the St. Louis area.
