Nami was found by the local police department as a stray and held at Valhalla rescue until her strayhold was up. She is a affectionate loving little character that at one time must have been greatly loved by her person. She loves to play fetch with her tennis ball and can be very playful and rambunctious with other small dogs that she has made friends with. In the beginning she can be a little standoffish with new dogs but focuses on humans right away. She does have some separation anxiety and although she is good when left alone she does miss having humans around and is very excited when we come home.<br/><br/>We think Nami would like a home with retired or semi-retired people that have the opportunity to take her on trips with them and make her a intricate part of their family.
