Nala's Story

Hi I’m Nala! Aka Na Na, aka Nally, aka Socks (depending on which member of my foster family you ask). I’m a sweet 4 month old pittie mix that is ready to find her forever home! North Paw was told I have a pittie, boxer, husky, rottie mix - a mix of perfection they say! I came into rescue not too long ago when I was just about 14 weeks old, so I’m still learning all things puppy-training, but doing so well!

Here is how I’m doing so far: I’m still having some accidents, but doing better each day. My foster mom works from home which has been helpful for potty training. I sleep in a crate at night and while I don’t love it at first, I settle fast and sleep through the whole night! My favorite mischievous activity is stealing socks from the laundry pile, but don’t worry, I take redirection very well. I’m a polite eater that takes my time eating my meals - I got very used to sharing food with my brothers and sisters since I was with them for so long, so this is something to be aware of for families applying with resident pups.

I don’t like the cold (and you can’t blame me for that!) and my absolute favorite thing to do is snuggle my people. I live with a 2.5 year old human foster brother and 4 month old human foster sister and I’m so cute and sweet with both. I also have a big American bully foster brother and two smaller poodles and I do excellently with all of them.

I would be the best addition to any family who is looking to add a cute snuggle bug to their home. I would love to go to a home where I will have a furry sibling to snuggle with, and humans who can dedicate lots of time and love to helping me become the best adult doggo.

Nala's adoption fee is $600! This adoption fee includes: her alter, a microchip, her rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.

If you think she may be perfect for you, please apply using the link below!

https://www.cognitoforms.com/NorthPawRescue/NorthPawRescueDogAdoptionApplication

**Unfortunately, we cannot adopt out to Canada at this time.

**We require a 60 minute adoption radius.
