MEET NALA! STATS: 2 years old, spayed, American Staffy Mix, 50 lbs AFFECTION/ENERGY LEVEL: I am such a sweet girl with a great level of energy! I am very active and playful - you'll never be bored with me around! I am super affectionate towards both people and other dogs. I love running around with my dog friends and getting my energy out. WHAT I LOVE: I just LOVE other dogs!!!! The only thing I love more than dogs are my human friends. I am literally always smiling! I also really love to play in water, so I would probably really love it if you wanted to go hiking to the lake, or maybe even just have some fun in a kiddie pool outside! KIDS: While I haven’t been formally tested with kids at the shelter, the staff thinks playful, sweet personality would make me a good buddy for kids that are respectful and kind towards me. OTHER DOGS: I'm dog-friendly and enjoy the company of other dogs! I go to playgroup here at the shelter! CATS: I have previously lived with cats and I did wonderfully! HER MATCH: I would love to have another dog sibling, but I would also do amazingly well if it was just me as the only dog! I really just want someone to love, play with, and spend as much time together as possible! SPECIAL NOTE: I am super food motivated and would love to keep learning new tricks with you! Once you complete the app, a staff member will call you in 1-2 business days once approved to set up a time for you to meet the pet you are interested in. Every adoptable pet is Spayed or Neutered, implanted with a microchip, current on age appropriate vaccinations including a current 1-year Rabies Vaccination, and current on monthly Flea/tick prevention, and heartworm prevention for dogs. All pets are behaviorally and medically evaluated prior to being placed up for adoption. Adoptions are matched based on best placement and require no negative animal history.
