Meet Nala: A Little Ray of Sunshine ☀️<br/>Nala is a beautiful, smaller-framed Yellow Lab mix who is just 1 year young. If you are looking for all the sweetness of a Lab in a more compact package, Nala is your girl! She is a truly affectionate soul who loves her people and isn't afraid to show it.<br/><br/>While she’s still a youngster, Nala is surprisingly low-key. she plays wonderfully with other dogs and brings a calm, gentle energy to her playgroups. Nala is currently heartworm positive, but don't let that deter you—she has already started her first steps of treatment, and we will guide you through the rest of her journey to a clean bill of health. She’s looking for a soft place to land and a family to love her forever!

Iberville Parish Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Interested in adopting?! Fill out an application today! Our adoption fee is 100 dollars for all dogs, 50 dollars for kittens and 30 dollars for cats. This fee covers the spay/neuter, shots up to date and a microchip. If you have more questions or would like an application email Jackie at rlirette@ibervilleparish.com We are open from Monday through Friday 7am - 330pm and located at 59815 Bayou Road in Plaquemine LA.
