Nadia's Story

ID 61834602

This is Nadia!

We’ve all heard “No Child Left Behind,” but we’d like to introduce a new campaign at CBAS: No Mama Dog Left Behind!

Sweet Nadia came to us with her two puppies after they were removed from their home. Her babies got whisked off to foster, but Nadia was left behind. And excuse us, but who’s busting Mama out?

Nadia is only about a year and a half old, and when she first arrived, she was so timid and sweet that she practically army-crawled across the floor to say hello. Little by little, we’ve watched her come out of her shell, and we’re getting to see more of the sweet personality hiding in there.

She did well with other dogs in the yard. Have dogs at home? Bring them by to meet her. Meet and greets with resident dogs are always required.

Nadia has a true speciality-. Sit down, and she will gladly show you. She’ll climb right up, tuck her little head under your neck, and let out the sweetest sigh. Like she’s finally able to relax for a minute.

If sweet and endearing are on your list of must-haves, Nadia has that covered. Come meet this former mama dog and see if she might be a good fit for you. We’d love to see her out of here and in a home... or better yet, on your lap!
