Nacho is a loyal, spirited pup who thrives once he's built trust with his person. While his bark might sound intimidating at first, it's just his way of expressing uncertainty - outside of the kennel, he settles down quickly and shows his softer side.<br/><br/>Once comfortable, Nacho ~ a 5-year-old Bull Terrier mix ~ loves affection (especially face kisses!) and enjoys engaging in energetic, playful interactions - including a bit of roughhousing with his mouth. Due to his excitable nature, Nacho can become mouthy and may react if grabbed while overstimulated, so he'll do best with an experienced, confident handler who understands canine body language and play styles.<br/><br/>He responds well to clear boundaries and firm, consistent commands. Nacho is not recommended for first-time dog owners, but with the right person, he has the potential to be an incredibly loyal and loving companion.<br/><br/>Nacho would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can receive one-on-one attention and continue to build on his training and trust.
