Nacho's Story

Meet Nacho — a bundle of blanket-loving, cuddle-seeking sweetness! This girl adapted quickly to her new environment, and started leaning into every pet she can get. She's housetrained, crate trained, and walks well on leash. She's a little nervous at first, but give her a minute and shell be tucked under a blanket next to you like she's been sleeping there the whole time. Nacho is looking for a calm, patient home where she can keep building her confidence — and where shell definitely steal the comfiest spot in the house. Her small size and easygoing nature mean she could likely adapt to a variety of lifestyles with some patience while she decompresses and builds confidence.

Breed: Chihuahua mix

Age: 5 years

Weight: 12lb

Sex: Spayed female

Good with men: Yes - shy/scared, but warms up

Good with women: Yes - friendly

Good with kids 0-6: Unknown, not tested

Good with kids 7-15: Unknown, not tested but suspect yes dog savvy older kids

How does the dog typically act when meeting new people?
