Myra's Story
Myra is an adorable rescue puppy, born at the beginning of October, and believed to be a Shepherd mix. She’s a bright, loving girl with a wonderful balance of energy, affection, and independence; everything you could hope for in a growing puppy.

Myra is exceptionally smart and learns very, very quickly. She’s eager to please, highly food‑motivated, and loves trying new things - including fruits, veggies, and even the occasional Plain Timbit. Training with Myra is fun and rewarding, as she picks things up easily and genuinely enjoys learning.

She is very well socialized and loves people of all ages, including children, as well as other dogs. Myra would do great in a home with kids who want a playful, gentle companion. She enjoys both playtime and cuddle time and is quite affectionate. She’ll happily follow you from room to room like a little shadow, but she also has a sweet independent side, often spending quiet moments relaxing in her chair and watching the world go by through the window.

As a puppy, Myra has a healthy amount of energy, but she also knows how to settle and rest, even in the presence of other dogs. She’s pretty good at occupying herself and is learning excellent self‑regulation skills for her age.
Myra is almost fully potty trained. Very occasionally, if she’s overexcited and doesn’t make it outside in time, she may have a small accident - but she continues to improve every day. She also loves the snow, making outdoor adventures extra fun.

Overall, Myra is a smart, affectionate, easy‑to‑train puppy who would thrive in a home ready to continue her training and give her lots of love and attention. In return, she’ll offer loyalty, joy, and plenty of tail wags.

If you’re looking for a loving, playful companion who would fit beautifully into a family home, Myra might be the perfect match.

Her spay will be covered by the rescue's preferred vet when she reaches 6 months of age. Meet and Greets will be held in the Toronto, Ontario region.

If you are interested in learning more about Myra, send us a message or fill out the application form below:

https://form.jotform.com/201853389773265
