He’s a classic Velcro dog who wants to be wherever you are—following you from room to room and happily snuggling up beside you on the couch. His idea of heaven is being curled up next to his human (bonus points if a doggy friend is nearby too!).<br/><br/>At night, Mushu settles nicely into his kennel downstairs and sleeps peacefully through the night. During the day, he uses a pee pad in his pen area and is also comfortable pottying outside. He doesn’t quite know how to ask to go out yet, so he’ll need continued guidance and patience as he learns his routine.<br/><br/>Mushu enjoys going on walks and does well on them, but he’s not a fan of being left behind—especially if another dog gets to go without him. That said, he’s more comfortable when he has a canine companion at home and does better if he’s not completely alone.<br/><br/>When it comes to playtime, Mushu is more of a “join in if invited” kind of guy. He doesn’t usually initiate play, but if you bring out a toy, he’ll happily play tug, and he’ll sometimes chase a ball. A confident dog friend can often coax him into playing, which he enjoys in his own gentle way.<br/><br/>Mushu would thrive in a loving home where he gets plenty of companionship, snuggles, and reassurance. He’d do especially well with another friendly dog and humans who don’t mind having a loyal little shadow by their side.
