Meet Murphy!<br/><br/>Murphy is a Pittie mix that is estimated to be around 2-3 years old. He originally found his way to us as an unclaimed stray in January of 2025. He was recently returned due to not doing well with men in the home and males visiting the home. Murphy would thrive best in a female-only home. He has done well meeting all new females here at the shelter and is a very friendly boy! He enjoys going for walks and independently exploring the yard. He enjoys running around and playing with neighboring dogs through the fence in the play yards! Murphy knows to "sit" on command and enjoys affection from his human friends. He previously lived with children in the home and did well over time with them. Murphy would do well with older children in the home aged 10 or older. Per the previous adopter, Murphy was housebroken. Murphy participates in dog play groups and played well with 4 other dogs! He is a social butterfly with other canines! A meet and greet would take place at the shelter with other dogs living in the home of future applicants to ensure it is a good match.
