Meet Murphy, our first dog of the New Year! <br/><br/>Murphy is a 5 year old Pointer mix (likely Beagle), and a handsome one at that! Don't let this picture fool you, he is a medium sized dog and is only 33 pounds. <br/><br/>He is a very well-rounded dog, and his owner confidently told us he is: <br/> Good with other dogs big and small, and very playful<br/>Uninterested in cats<br/> Great with kids, and has been around ages 1-12 years old<br/> Up to date on vaccines<br/> Good for baths, especially if there is peanut butter involved<br/>Housebroken and crate trained (he is a little anxious about being here, so he has been a little fussy with us)<br/>A cuddler, which we have already seen. He loves to be in your lap<br/><br/>The one "con" of Murphy? He is a marker! BUT, with time (and obviously getting him neutered), that should subside!
