I am a very, very handsome and funny boy, still a puppy who likes to play. I like my foster home because there are two other Brittanys (and The Lady is OK, too). They have been showing me the ropes.<br/>My brother and I came to ABR after being dropped off at a shelter. We were left on our own for 18 months with very little human contact; it was just my brother and me. ABR quickly separated us and I have been adjusting to life in a home. I get 2 meals a day, treats, a lot of affection and plenty of playtime.<br/>I have made enormous progress! I come to my name (most of the time) and I enjoy daycare, dog parks, rides in the car, long walks, running in the yard and lounging around the house. I am not destructive or aggressive and I am potty-trained. I like lots of attention right now but The Lady thinks I will become a typical puppy with continued love and training. I need to find a family who is patient. I still am learning to adapt to structure and a home with rules. I need someone who can train me starting with basic commands. I still have trouble fully trusting The Lady but she keeps trying. I think I would do well in a house with another dog; however, younger children may slow my progress. <br/>Murphy is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative.
