🐾💕 Meet Mural 💕🐾<br/><br/>Mural is a sweet, sensitive girl who's ready to find a home that understands her gentle nature.<br/><br/>🐶 About Mural:<br/>* Approximately 1-2 years old<br/>* 22 lbs, full grown<br/>* Likely a mix of beagle/miniature pinscher (and probably a few other breeds too!)<br/>* Will be spayed May 1<br/><br/>💛 Personality & Preferences:<br/>Mural can be a little shy and skittish at first, but with patience and a consistent routine, she really starts to settle in and show her sweet side. She's not a "take everywhere" kind of dog--she's happiest in a calm home where life is predictable and not overwhelming.<br/><br/>👨‍👩‍👧 Kids:<br/>We're unsure how she feels about children, so we recommend bringing any kids along for a meet-and-greet.<br/><br/>🐕 Dogs:<br/>Mural tends to "warning bay" at most dogs (which is where we think that beagle side comes through 🎶). Every once in a while she meets one she's okay with. She may do better with smaller dogs, but we haven't had the chance to see that yet.<br/><br/>🐱 Cats:<br/>Good news--she did well with cats in a foster home!<br/><br/>🚶‍♀️ Other Notes:<br/>* Walks nicely on a leash<br/>* Can be selective with both people and dog friends<br/>* Thrives with structure and a patient adopter<br/><br/>Mural is looking for someone who will give her the time, space, and understanding she needs to feel safe and loved. Once she trusts you, you'll have a loyal little companion by your side. 🐾💖<br/>She is spayed, vaccinated including rabies, on flea & tick preventative, tested negative for heartworm and Lyme, given dewormer and will be microchipped. <br/><br/>Adoption fee is $70. (Temporary lowered adoption fee during our Empty the Shelters event going on now until May 17.)<br/><br/>You can stop into the shelter 12- 5 pm Monday through Friday or 11 am to 3 pm on Saturday to meet who is available at that time. Please arrive no later than 30 minutes before we close to ensure we have time to do the adoption.We're open Monday through Friday 12-5 pm and Saturday 11-3 pm. We're located at 9331 State Route 124 Hillsboro, OH. Our adoption is open and easy, please come to the shelter to meet the animals in person to adopt.
