Meet Mulligan aka “Mully”, a two year old 65lbs black lab. This sweet boy was found abandoned, living on a golf course for a month! No one ever came to reclaim him once caught.<br/><br/>Mully was very shut down and was placed into foster to decompress. After months in foster care and being placed in a training program, Mully is now ready for his forever home. He is timid by nature, but learning to be a dog again! To watch him learn to trust and make such progress is so rewarding.<br/><br/>Mully is looking for a home with a patient and kind person WITH a dog or cat companion. He's a polite house guest, a bit of a wallflower, and quiet as a mouse in his crate or dog bed. He thrives on routine and follows nicely on the leash. He's accepting of touch, bathing, handling, but may cower a little until he gets to know you. He wants to connect and may follow you like a shadow or lay nearby. He trusts dogs and adores cats. <br/><br/>His new home must be safe as Mully still has a desire for flight (zero fight) so a secured yard is a requirement.
