He was found in a shelter where he was not thriving, so he was pulled and has been being worked with as prior to the shelter he was being starved. Because of the starvation situation, Mulligan needs to fed separately until he gets over his food insecurity. He is a BIG pup that likes to play, loves to be right next to his people of all ages, very sweet, good with other dogs and ignores cats. He is neutered, fully potty trained, crate trained, rides well in the car and knows his basic commands. He is such a love bug that he may even try to get on your lap.
