Originally found as a stray, Mugsy has spent the past 45 days enjoying life with his foster family.<br/><br/>Mugsy is potty trained, walks beautifully on a leash with a harness, and knows some commands. He absolutely loves meeting new people! He’s discovering toys, learning to play fetch, and loves cuddling on the couch or sleeping in bed with his person. No crates for Mugsy! He responds best to gentle guidance, positive reinforcement, and a calm voice.<br/><br/>Mugsy’s ideal home is a calm, loving household without cats or young children, preferably with another small dog and someone who is home much of the day. He’s affectionate, playful, and enjoys being part of the family.<br/><br/>Most importantly, Mugsy needs an adopter who understands that bonding takes time. While he’s enthusiastic about meeting new people, adjusting to a new home can make him a little nervous.
