Meet Mudslide! <br/><br/>Mudslide is a 10-year-old Chihuahua with a heart as big as his personality. This sweet senior has an enlarged heart and will need daily medication for the rest of his life, but don't let that fool you-he's a happy little guy who still enjoys life to the fullest. The good news is that he has a great appetite, making his medicine easy to give.<br/><br/>Mudslide's favorite place in the world is tucked safely under a cozy blanket. Whether it's in a recliner, a comfy chair, or a dog bed, you'll often find him happily burrowed away, enjoying his own little hideaway. He loves spending time outside too, but nothing beats a warm blanket and a soft place to nap.<br/><br/>Since settling into foster care, Mudslide has truly blossomed. He's become much more social and now seeks out affection, happily hopping up onto a chair to sit near his people. He can be a little sensitive about being picked up, and if he's feeling lonely, he'll let you know with a few cries. He's a gentle, easygoing old soul who simply wants to feel safe and loved.<br/><br/>Mudslide gets along well with other dogs and has excellent house manners. He's about 95% potty trained and does best with regular trips outside every couple of hours during the day.
