In fact, whenever someone walked by, I would run right up to the front of the kennel, tail going wild, hoping they might stop and say hello. I didn’t bark or cry… I just asked for love the only way I knew how — with my whole entire heart.<br/><br/>I think people noticed me, but sometimes there are so many dogs that even the sweetest ones get lost in the shuffle. Still, every time I saw a person, I felt excited. “Maybe this is the moment,” I thought. “Maybe someone will finally hold me.”<br/><br/>And then my moment came.<br/><br/>A rescuer opened my kennel door, and before they could even say my name, I ran right into their arms. I pressed my little body against their chest, and they laughed and said,<br/>“Oh, he’s coming home with us.”<br/><br/>That’s just who I am — a sweet, loving boy who runs toward people, not away from them.
