Mr. Smee is a 1-year-old, 46-pound Pit Bull mix who is ready to trade shelter life for the comfort of a foster home! This sweet boy can be timid in stressful situations, but once outside the kennel, he relaxes, enjoys affection, walks nicely on leash, takes treats gently, and has even shown off his sit and down commands. Mr. Smee has had a positive dog-to-dog interaction with a young female German Shepherd mix. He greeted her appropriately, remained loose and interested in sniffing, tolerated her energetic play attempts, and even offered a few play bows! A foster home could give this young guy the quieter environment he needs to decompress and let more of his sweet personality shine!
