Mr Higgins is able to get around well on his own but his special needs are to have soft can food, reason being he doesn’t have any teeth at all. He is up to date on all shots and chipped. We have added pictures to show what this poor guy looked like when he first came into the rescue and the dental we had done. If you’re able to give this sweet boy a loving forever home please contact us. Mr Higgins will potty outside as long as you put him out. He still might have an accident if not let out but has used a puppy pad. His adoption donation is 150.00
