Please fill out an application at HVARS.org under the adoptions tab.  We are open to the public from 12-4 Tuesday- Saturday Please call (845)-392-4849 with any questions. Adoption fees range by dogs age and vetting needs most commonly the fee is $400 but can be as low as $175 or high as $500
