Moss's Story

Location: St Paul, MN

Meet handsome boy Moss - the last little legend of his litter and fully aware that he deserves main character treatment. As the only puppy born with a docked tail, Moss likes to think he was specially designed for extra speed, extra charm, and maximum cuddles.

This sweet guy is great with kids, loves other dogs, and firmly believes that every soft blanket, fluffy bed, and warm lap belongs to him. He especially enjoys "elevated sleeping arrangements," which means if there's a baby bouncer nearby... it may quietly become Moss's personal throne.

Moss LOVES to play and is always ready for a wrestling match, toy chase, or zoomie session. A sibling's DNA test showed the litter is about 37% cattle dog, which honestly explains his playful energy, intelligence, and occasional "busy body supervisor" attitude.

He's currently in his tiny velociraptor teething era, so he'll need continued guidance learning that fingers and arms are not chew toys. The good news? He's incredibly food-motivated, eager to learn, and already knows how to sit like the smart little gentleman he is. Treats are basically his love language.

Moss is also doing really well with potty training. He'll use a potty pad if needed, but he's also smart enough to bark during the night when he needs to go outside. He's still working on leash walking, but making progress every day.

One thing he already has mastered? Crate life. Moss absolutely loves his crate and sees it as his safe little bedroom. He naps in it on his own and sleeps through the night like a champ.

If you're looking for a puppy with personality, comedy, cuddles, brains, and just the right amount of chaos, Moss is ready to steal your blankets, your snacks, and probably your heart too.

---------------

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
