Morton "Mo"'s Story

This adorable Cairn Terrier mix is the perfect size and has a personality that will win you over in no time! He’s playful, affectionate, and loves meeting people. He loves to play and have fun, but once playtime is over, he settles down easily and is more than happy to curl up on the couch for some quality cuddle time with his favorite humans.

He’s an easygoing guy who doesn’t need a ton of exercise to be happy. He enjoys spending time with his people, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and would love to have another furry friend in the home—but it’s not a requirement. He’s a great companion for a family looking for a fun-loving but relatively low-key pup. He’s also a fantastic sleeper and happily sleeps through the night (although he does prefer to sleep with his people).

He has good house manners and can be trusted to have some freedom around the home. He’s currently working on crate training and would much rather be close to his people than spend time alone, so a family that can give him companionship and continue building his confidence will be a wonderful match.

With his playful spirit, sweet personality, love of people, and serious talent for cuddling, this little guy is ready to find a family who will adore him as much as he’ll adore them.

---
To apply to adopt, please follow the steps for adoption on HalfwayThereRescue.com/Adoption-Process and apply directly here: https://fs26.formsite.com/htrnp/a2k3lsooud/index.html
