MORRIS's Story

Meet Morris (A567293)! Morris has been with us for a few weeks now, quietly waiting for someone to notice him, and we are honestly surprised he is still here. This big, stocky boy has the kind of head that deserves its own zip code and a personality that is a little more independent than clingy. Morris is perfectly content hanging out on his own, doing his thing, and enjoying life at his own pace. Toys definitely catch his attention, and watching him light up over them is one of our favorite things. He enjoys play time, exploring the yard, and simply being able to relax outside of his kennel. Morris has been tested with other dogs and would do best as the only dog in his future home. He is happiest when he does not have to share his space or attention with other pets. At 5 years old Morris is past the wild puppy phase and settling nicely into adulthood. He is looking for someone who appreciates a more laid back, self assured companion and is willing to give this handsome guy the fresh start he deserves. If you are looking for a sturdy sidekick with a big head and an even bigger presence, Morris is waiting to meet you. Drizzle is estimated to be around 5 years old and weighs 62 pounds. All animals adopted from Huntsville Animal Services are microchipped, appropriately vaccinated, spayed/neutered and given a 30 day flea/tick preventative. Ready to meet Drizzle? Stop by 4950 Triana Blvd SW in Huntsville, Alabama. No appointment is necessary to meet our available animals. All adopters must be 19 years or older and be able to provide a valid ID.
