Morris's Story
Meet Morris!

While he may have the distinguished white face of a dapper older gentleman, don't count him out just yet!

Morris is about seven years old and weighs just around 53lbs. He's a good, solid, medium sized boy and he's a lab/shepherd mix. He's got the sweet, silly, extroverted personality and the overwhelming NEED to be friends with everyone of a lab and the brains of a shepherd.

When we say that Morris wants to be friends with everyone, we mean EVERYONE. Other dogs, cats, humans, it doesn't matter. He's been super respectful of itty bitty kittens and, once one of our grumper cats started her grumbling, he turned around and noped right out of the room. Despite being seven years old, Morris absolutely LIGHTS UP around other dogs - it's all play bowing and whining and hopping around because all he wants to do is play with them!

He's an absolute sucker for butt scratches and will swing his butt at you until he gets the attention he wants. There is no avoiding the booty bump. He's decent on a leash but can pull a little heavy when he really wants to get somewhere. He knows sit and give paw and will give you both of his paws whether you asked for them or not. He's shown mild interest in tennis balls (will chase and boop them) but doesn't seem all that into toys - he's way more into people and other dogs!

If you're looking for a social, sweet, easygoing, gentle older guy...Morris might be your soulmate.

To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application.
