Morrigan has been with us since February 8th. During this time she has only had one meet and greet! <br/>Where are our shepherd people? Morrigan appears to be a shepherd mix? Possibly with some sort of herding breed. She is energetic and playful. They are offering to cover the costs of the first round of training to any dog adopted from the pound.
