He does fine on a lead in the yard or going out on the leash.

Dog Friendly: Yes with proper introductions. He can be reactive and bark at other dogs while on a leash. He absolutely loves his foster sisters and is very respectful of them being smaller than he is.

If yes, does your foster need another dog in its adoptive home? Yes! He doesn't like to be alone and will cry the whole time if he is.

Cat Friendly? No.

Kid Friendly: Yes. He loves kids and is respectful of that fact that he is so big.

If yes, what's the youngest child you'd recommend they be placed with? He has been around kids as young as 2. He did very well.

Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them? Moose has been an incredibly easy foster. He is fully potty trained, well mannered, and a giant goofball. He loves to follow his foster family around the house and gets so excited when they return after the work day. He likes to play with soft toys and have a soft bed to relax in. He is the most wonderful gentle giant. He draws attention in the best way and makes new friends on every outing. He will need an adjustment period in his new home. He gets very attached to his family and gets mopey if they are not around. He was a surrender due to no fault of his own and is looking for the perfect home full of love!

Fosters Location: Frankford, DE

Application can be found here: https://www.grrde.org/adoption-application (if you already have an approved application on file email GrassRootsDE@gmail.com and ask the app team to pull your app.
