Moo's Story
Meet Moo!

At just about a year old, Moo is still very much a big dopey puppy. Like, look at that face. If you stare into his eyes too long, you're going to hear circus music.

Moo weighs just under 70lbs so when we say "big dopey puppy" we MEAN "big dopey puppy". He's a mix of pit bull/hound/probably a dozen other things and his favorite thing in the whole world is being with people.

Like, he would superglue himself to you if he could.

This guy is also highly intelligent. He picks up on things quickly, knows his cues (and actually listens to them 95% of the time), and is good about responding to corrections. He's also pretty good on a leash for a puppy his size and his energy level but he is STRONG so can be pretty pully.

Moo's energy level tends to go from 0-100 in less than a second and he has a hard time expressing Big Feelings. Think any teenage boy that has difficulty expressing themselves and regulating their emotions. Therefore, he is usually A LOT for other dogs to deal with because he's just in their face shouting and bouncing and generally being a menace. He would probably do best as the only dog until he's had some further training or grows out of his "everything is EXCITING and I CAN'T COPE WITH IT" puppy brain.

Cats also make him weirdly uncomfortable.

Kids 12+ because he doesn't understand how big he is and has all of the grace of a newborn deer on rollerskates.

You must own your own home or live in a home owned by a family member.

To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application.
