I am a neutered, 6 1/2-year-old English Cocker Spaniel boy. My family loves me very much but now I must find a new home. My birthday is June 17th of 2018. These folks have young kids, and recently their 4-year-old was playing with a bucket of toys mixed with rice and she put it down on the floor. I started eating the rice and she tried to snatch it back, so I bit her. My family is sad, but they feel I need to find a home where I can be happy and thrive without children in a new home. An all-adult home is preferred. <br/><br/>I am smart, a good boy, friendly and I get along with other dogs. I have had some ear infection issues, so I am eating an allergy friendly dry food called Royal Canin Whitefish. You must be able to afford this food so that I can stay healthy. My energy level is couch- potato to moderate and I rarely bark in the house. I have lived with two cats, but we are not buddy, buddy; I've just never tried to hurt them. I am a table surfer and will look for food when no one is looking. I do okay with other dogs, but I do resource guard food so you will need to feed me separately at mealtimes.
