Monty's Story

Monty is a 1.5-year-old Shih Tzu mix. He may be a little 7lb guy, but don't tell him that! Monty is house trained, smart, and highly treat-motivated — he’ll happily show off for you if snacks are involved. Monty absolutely loves his ball and is always ready for some fun playtime. He gets along great with other dogs. When he first came to us, Monty was severely matted and needed a fresh start, so his hair is still growing out. With a little time (and regular grooming), his fluffy coat will be back to full glory. If you’re looking for a fun, spunky little companion who enjoys both playtime and doing his own thing, Monty might be your perfect match! Monty will be neutered at the end of February and ready for his forever home so get your applications in now! Note: GA adoptions within two hours of metro Atlanta only.
