Meet Montgomery. Montgomery has traveled a long road to get here. At 4–6 years old, this 93-lb Mastiff mix carries the scars of a life that hasn’t always been kind — but his heart? Pure gold. Despite everything he’s been through, Montgomery is the definition of a gentle giant. While in a foster home, we were able to learn more about Montgomery. His dream life is simple: some nice walks to stretch those big legs, and a warm, cozy bed to curl up in at the end of the day. Initially, he should go to a home with no other pets and an adult only home (teenagers may be ok but he prefers quiet). This may be Montgomery's first shot at indoor living, so everything is new to him and he becomes overwhelmed. Once things quiet down, the real boy flourishes and he starts playing with toys and relaxing. After all he’s endured, he deserves every ounce of comfort and care.
