Montana's estimated birth year: 2022<br/><br/>Gorgeous Montana is a Boxer mix who was found as a stray in Detroit. She has a lot of energy and needs an ACTIVE family/person. Montana would make a great running/jogging partner!! She LOVES to cuddle and snuggle- all you'd have to do is sit down, and she will give you so much love!! She loves her chew toys and, of course, peanut butter bones! She gets a helicopter tail when she gets pets! Slow introduction with dogs. She's an absolute sweetheart to people!! Montana loves to go on walks, but can be a little scared at first; she's learning the world isn't so scary every day. We know Montana would open up even more in a home. May be ok with dogs after a slow introduction. Unknown how she is with cats. Children 8 yrs old or older. Her forever home is required to have a totally enclosed fenced yard. Montana is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, on monthly heartworm preventative, and house and crate trained. Montana is excited to find a forever family who will love her, take her on adventures, and she promises to make them laugh with her silly antics!!!<br/><br/>All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same-day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year to attend 1 obedience class (6-week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI, to adopt one of our dogs.
