Thankfully, Bubbles Dog Rescue saved him and have found out he is a PERFECT doggo! <br/><br/>He loves to stay busy and thrives with lots of activity, enrichment, and mental stimulation. Whether its playtime, toys, or exploring the world around him, Monroe is always ready for fun!!!
