Hey, it’s Monet! I am an adult Pit Bull mix that is just so handsome. I have a worried look to me, but I am a happy guy. I think it’s the no eye brows! I was found as a stray and sadly, my family never came looking for me. I am hoping to find a new home with a family that’ll commit to me forever. I do need a home free of children, so over 12 years old. I am quite apprehensive with a lot of handling and am nervous. I am strong and will need a strong leader. I do know basic commands, but I could benefit from training and more socialization. I will sit, give you my paw and lay down. I wasn’t much into toys or anything, but prefer attention from humans. I think once I warm up and get used to my new family, I’ll be more open and not such a nervous nelly! It is best that I am an only pet, which I know is asking a lot. I am not fit to live with cats and I am not very appropriate meeting other dogs. I do try to mount and am quite persistence. I can coexist, but I do not think other dogs would appreciate my antics. Perhaps with more exposure and work, that could change! For now, it’s best I am your only dog. I have plenty of love to give you won’t even think of wanting another!
