This shy, reserved little girl is still learning that the world can be a safe and gentle place.<br/><br/>Monarch came from a home with many other dogs and less-than-ideal conditions, so she naturally finds comfort and confidence in her furry friends. Because of this, she would thrive in a patient home with other respectful animals who can help show her the ropes.<br/><br/>She’s still working on all the important “dog things,” including leash skills and potty training, and will need a family willing to move at her pace with kindness and understanding.
