Mona Lisa's Story

Hi, I’m Mona Lisa but you can call me Miss Moonie!

I may not hang in a fancy museum, but I am a total work of art complete with soulful eyes, soft snuggles, and the occasional (okay… frequent) toot that really brings the room together.

I’m around 6 years old and 55 pounds of calm, loving, slightly gassy perfection. My foster mom says I’m the Eeyore of dogs chill, gentle, and always up for cuddles. I’m not dramatic, I’m just emotionally complex.

I’m dog friendly, housebroken, and crate trained, and I know my basic commands (especially when peanut butter is involved). I walk nicely on a leash unless I smell something interesting… then all bets are off because, hello, sniffing is life.

I’m not sure how I feel about cats or kids yet, but my heart is huge and I warm up fast with gentle introductions. I love balls, naps, belly rubs, and hearing how cute my little buck teeth are (please, keep the compliments coming).

What I’m looking for:
A cozy couch (non-negotiable)
A steady supply of treats
Someone to throw my ball
A human who doesn’t mind snoring and the occasional toot symphony

If you’re searching for a sweet, low-maintenance soul dog who’ll make you laugh and love you endlessly… look no further.
