Mona has had the ultimate glow up: trapped as a stray by HARTT, taken to AZHS, E-Listed, brought into rescue and now thriving in foster. She has had a rough start to her young life but is now proving she has so much to live for. <br/><br/>Mona has spent the last month settling into foster life and learning how to be in a home environment.
