Mona's Story
Meet Mona!

Mona is a sweet, affectionate girl with a big personality and an even bigger love for her people. She’s happiest when she’s right by your side—whether that’s curled up on the couch, sharing your pillow at night, or following you around the house as your loyal little shadow.

She’s incredibly friendly with people and loves attention, though her excitement can sometimes show up as jumping or a bit of mouthiness when she has extra energy. Because of this, she would do best with older children who can help guide her gently as she continues learning her manners.

Mona is a smart, food-motivated pup who is already picking up training nicely. She knows her basic commands, is great in her crate, and is making steady progress with house training. Like many young dogs, she’s still learning impulse control—especially when it comes to counters and anything food-related—so a bit of management and consistency will go a long way.

She has a higher energy level but is currently more comfortable playing and burning energy at home rather than on walks, as the outside world can still feel a bit overwhelming. With time, patience, and confidence-building, she’s already starting to come out of her shell.

Mona would thrive in a home that can offer her structure, mental stimulation, and lots of reassurance as she continues to adjust. A quieter environment would likely suit her best, where she can build confidence at her own pace.

With her loving nature, playful spirit, and strong bond with her people, Mona is a wonderful companion in the making—she just needs a little patience to truly shine.

Mona was born approximately February 2025 and is a medium-sized dog.

Her adoption fee is $650.
