He's recently had a leg amputation to improve his quality of life after being diagnosed with Neospora (a rare bacterial infection affecting his back leg). He's currently on antibiotics and recovering beautifully, learning his new normal with grace and determination.<br/><br/>His Personality<br/>🎾 High energy but loves mental stimulation too<br/>🐕 Gets along great with other dogs (vocal during play, but means well!)<br/>👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Good with kids, though we recommend older children (he can accidentally knock smaller ones over)<br/>🏠 Crate trained and can be left alone for several hours<br/>🚶 Leash trained (had obedience classes!), just rebuilding walking consistency post-surgery<br/><br/>Ideal Home<br/>Someone who can provide daily walks and mental enrichment<br/>A house with minimal stairs would be ideal<br/>Another dog companion is a plus but not required<br/>Older children in the household preferred<br/>Lots of love and patience as he adjusts to his three-legged life!<br/><br/>About Cats<br/>Molson barks at cats and occasionally chases them.
