This is a litter of super pups who are ready to save the day—just like Dog Man!

This litter is named after the Dog Man books, and are the pups to sweet Kia Momma (picture included)! These pups were born on 1/30/25 while in foster care and are all happy, healthy and ready to find their forever families!

Molly Kia is currently 6 weeks old, and weighs 10 pounds (as of 3/12/25). Their momma weighs 40 pounds fully grown and is a Husky mix.

Her foster shares: "Molly is always up for a good snuggle! She will walk over, sit at your feet, and gaze up with her crystal blue eyes, asking to be picked up. Who can resist that? She has typical puppy energy, with bursts after waking and meal time. She is learning that calmness is rewarded (with food, treats, attention) and she does well finding the correct place to do her potty business in their large pen area. Molly is good at settling herself when she’s tired, often ending up as the pillow for her littermates. She has early recall with a generic “puppy” song that she hears before each meal and understands that humans bring good things. Like most young puppies, Molly will do best in a family committed to her positive-based training and who is willing to do what it takes to set her up for success. She would benefit from someone who is home more often than not and who has a good understanding of what it means to adopt a young puppy. Are you the right fit for this future super hero dog?"

The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
