Molly

Molly is a 6 year old Golden Retriever who we took back into our rescue.  She was found to have a large mass in her mouth that came back as melanoma. Since she is only 6, we plan to do as much as possible to give her many more years as a happy girl. Her blood work all looks good as did the chest x-ray performed, thanks to your donations.<br/><br/>Molly had the mass removed on October 22nd. Unfortunately on Halloween, Molly had another--this time an emergency surgery where her lymph node was removed. This area filled up with fluid and kept filling up until her breathing was effected. She had a temperature of 106 upon arrival and had a drain put in while there. She got much better after this surgery.<br/><br/>She saw the oncologist November 12th and will have four to five rounds of chemo, which will give her the best chance for many more years.
