Molly is a 2-year-old Heeler/Border Collie mix weighing in at about 37–40 lbs, and she’s every bit the smart, energetic, and loving companion you’d expect from her breed mix. She came to us through the Powder Pals program after her previous owner sadly passed away, and now she’s ready for a fresh start with a family of her own.<br/>Molly is a very good girl with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life. She has tons of energy and could happily run and play for hours, so she’s looking for a very active home that can keep up with her. A tall, secure fenced yard is a must—this girl loves to stretch her legs and will absolutely chase birds if given the chance!<br/>She’s potty trained, though when she’s having a blast, she can forget to take a break—so a little reminder goes a long way. Molly walks well on leash, loves getting out for adventures, and truly thrives when she has a “job” to do alongside her people. She’s incredibly treat-motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding.<br/>True to her Border Collie roots, Molly adores people, attention, and having something to do. She also enjoys the company of other dogs, though her high energy can sometimes be a bit much for more laid-back pups.
