Molly's Story

Molly / Spayed Female / 2YO / 35lb / Poodle Mix / Dogs: Yes / Cats: Yes / Kids: 13+ / Location: London

Molly came to us from Moose Factory, and this northern girl has a BIG personality to match her big heart.

Molly is playful, curious, affectionate, and an absolute love bug. She loves being close to her people, belly rubs, cuddles, toys, and sitting by the window keeping an eye on the neighbourhood. She also has a very cute habit of bringing her people little “gifts”... slippers included.

And Molly LOVES to GO! She loves walks, running, playing outside, and exploring. Say “Let’s go!” and she is READY. She still needs some work on her leash manners, but overall she enjoys her walks. Once she’s had enough exercise and burned off her energy, she settles beautifully.

Molly is NOT a couch potato. She needs an active home that will keep her physically and mentally busy. If her needs aren’t being met, she can act out. An active family who enjoys getting outside is a must for this girl.

She is house-trained, doesn’t have accidents, and is not destructive. She can be left for short periods and is comfortable in her crate, where she generally settles down and sleeps. She can also be trusted loose in the house and will usually find her favourite spot and wait for you to come home. Longer periods alone can make her anxious, so someone who is home more often than not would be ideal.

Molly LOVES her people and sometimes really, really wants their attention all to herself. She can be a bit temperamental when she’s overstimulated or hasn’t had enough exercise. She also likes to nibble and wrestle with hands, which we suspect may have been encouraged in her previous home. Because of this, we feel a home with teenagers or older children would be the best fit.

Did we mention Molly LOVES WATER?! She absolutely lives for splashing around and would be thrilled with a family who enjoys beaches, waterfront adventures, trails, hiking, or simply getting outside and exploring.

Molly is looking for a family who understands that this energetic girl comes with a big personality, but also an absolutely enormous amount of love to give. She needs exercise, enrichment, attention, continued training, and most importantly, people who will let her be the fun, goofy, affectionate dog she is.

Molly needs a special home. Could that be you?

https://forms.gle/VVGk4zkPACRkGnaF7
