Molly's Story

Australian Shepherd mix, femaleWelcome Molly! Her beauty is unmatched and her spirit even lovelier. She doesn’t know a stranger and touch is her love language. Her fosters have taken some time to get to know her and here is what they have to report:
Molly is 100% sweetheart. She loves her people to the Nth degree. Scratch that, she loves ALL people to the Nth degree. Arguably maybe too much sometimes. If you get down on the ground, you will have a dog right up in your face, and if you're not careful you're tripping on her. She's moderately treat motivated, but 100% affection motivated when it comes to training. She responds really well to gentle correction.
Her paperwork says she's 1 Y, 40lbs but she acts like a big puppy. She's a little ornery, and very bouncy and goofy. She must have at least 10 lbs of 1980's crimped fur in that curled up tail alone.
She’s working on leash and house manners and picking things up quickly. She’s bunked up with a few cats and the verdict is still out there as to whether or not we can say she’s bombproof with them. Doesn’t chase the indoor cat but outdoors it’s game on and by that we think she’s just trying to play. She curious and cautious around livestock and managed to be quite helpful to her foster dad in rounding up a stray cow.
Molly is located in Templeton, CA. She is microchipped, spayed, and UTD on vaccines. She appears to be an Australian shepherd mix.
More photos and updates: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.1636893030605678&type=3
Interested in Molly?
