Mollie's Story

****Courtesy Post***** our rescue is currently at a stop for intake of new dogs so we are helping people who need to re- home.

From the current owner:

My son’s 15 month old Husky/German Shepherd mix, Mollie. She’s long and lean at 50 pounds, in great health from 1 yr vet checkup.

She is very sweet, very smart and very strong. She loves to run and needs a lot of exercise, but she also likes to play with stuffed toys and sticks. Shes very social and a large dog park is her favorite place to run and “be chased.”

Mollie loves to cuddle and get neck, ears and belly rubs. She also watches Dog TV at times. If she is restless she settles down with You Tube relaxing dog music.
Mollie is a very special dog. She had a lot of professional Obedience training and attended Dog Boot Camp at 2 months old when we adopted her from a kill shelter, as the 3rd adopter of this beautiful dog.

She needs a new perfect permanent home due to the recent unforeseen death of her owner, my 50 yr old son. She is in transition but needs a loving, patient and gentle owner/handler to work with her on all her past training. But she will “Come” to you from a long distance as she trusts you.
Mollie is very attentive to her environment and protective as a great watch dog also. I am disabled and cannot give her the life she deserves. Mollie is an incredible young dog, and her blue eyes get you every time.

If interested please contact Janie.
Janie G.
618-208-1288
janieraegraves@icloud.com
