Mole's Story
Mole - Female - Adult
Approx 2 years old
Approx 55 lbs

Hi I'm Mole, but I listen better when you use my nickname Mo-Mo.

I'm a mixed breed gal weighing about 55 lbs but the vet says I need to lose a few pounds. I live with two senior dogs ( one little one medium) and a senior cat. I'm a calm girl and prefer my dog friends give me a little space but I LOVE cats and feel more comfortable with kitty friends. With that being said I'm just starting to learn how to play with other dogs, at first it was just so scary.

I pant a bit when I'm in the vehicle but if I'm going on a long road trip I calm right down. I prefer to spend most of my days in my kennel or a safe spot I've discovered in the house. I like sleeping and spending my nights in my foster parents bedroom closet. I don't bark or chew anything in the house but I have plenty of toys to keep me entertained. I'm comfortable either loose in the house or in my kennel when my foster parents are working. I may take a bit to warm up to you but once I know you won't hurt me I'll be your shadow and you will be tripping over me in no time.

While I'm very comfortable in the house outside is still a big scary world. I don't enjoy going outside yet and get nervous when walking around the neighborhood. When I start my walk I'm a good girl but when I know I'm getting close to home I pull quite a bit. I just want to go back inside where I know I'm safe! I don't like loud noises but the storms don't seem to bother me at all. I'm housetrained but I will have accidents if not let out regularly. I will need a family who understands dogs with trauma and giving me time and space to understand how to be the best girl I know I can be. I promise if you give me a shot you won't be disappointed, I'll be your best friend.

Adoption fee is $295. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.
