Mojo's Story
Hi, I’m Mojo and I have the cutest little teefs when I smile. My foster fam says I’m a goofy, sweet and affectionate little man, which is perfect right? I’m crate trained and am such a good boy when it’s time for my hoomans to go out without me. I know how to “sit”, “down” and “leave it”. I “love me some” treats so I’m always happy to learn new things to get something yummy for my tummy.

I would prefer to have a home where my hoomans understand that sometimes I find the world to be a little scary, so having a furever family that can respect my boundaries and help manage things in a positive and supportive way would be a dream come true. I currently live with a furry friend and would love to have a fellow doggo that I can run, wrestle, and play tag with and who can teach me how to be the goodest boy ever.

I walk well on a leash and love to sniff and explore but find somethings in the neighborhood scary so a calm neighborhood or home with a yard would be an amazing way to work on my courage. I even love to help around the house and supervise my hoomans as they do chores but only after I’ve rolled around in the grass five times, worked on my tan twice and played with my ball at least once!

I’m a ladies’ man and would love a family filled with kind, loving and gentle ladies who can make me feel safe and loved. I fall hard and fast for the ladies, am super affectionate and love oodles of cuddles and pets! I also wouldn’t mind having gentlemen in the home who are kind and patient as I work hard to show you how amazing I am.

We’ve all got our quirks, right? If you can help me, get all my mojo back and give me the wonderful home that I deserve, please call 1-800-MOJO.

***For more information about this dog and information on how to apply to adopt, please visit www.ncbr.org***

Adoption Process At a Glance:

- Step 1 – Fill out the Adoption Application
- Step 2 – Preliminary Screening by Application Team which includes a Landlord check (if applicable) and vet Check
- Step 3 – Meeting with appropriate boxer(s)
- Step 4 – Home Visit
- Step 5 – Adoption Day

Adoption Requirements At a Glance.

* You must be 21 years of age
* You must have a fenced in yard (exceptions can be made for certain dogs)
* All current pets in the household MUST be spayed/neutered and current on shots (yes, we do call and verify this information)
* Applicants with young children will be required to answer additional questions
* Applicants that rent must provide Landlord contact info.
