Moira's Story
Moira is a 5 month old 8lb Schnoodle puppy with a gentle loving spirit. She is shy, loyal, intelligent, calm, loving, playful, and curious.

She is very shy and cautious, especially in new environments and with new people. Moira may not warm up instantly, and she will need an adopter who understands that trust must be earned through patience, consistency, and understanding. Once she trusts you, she becomes the most cuddly, snuggly, devoted sweetheart. She is learning to trust in her foster home. She loves to follow her foster mom around the house from room to room.

House training is going well with boundaries and structure. She has had no accidents in her foster home given outdoor breaks every 4 hours. She often stands by the back door to give the signal that she needs to go outside.

She is working on leash training inside her foster home. She will need continued support to help her gain confidence and flourish. She is food motivated and loves to please her humans. She does REQUIRE a fenced in yard and a family dedicated to working with her to continue improving her skills, growing her confidence, and keep her thriving.

She doesn’t love sleeping in her crate at night. She will cry but eventually settles down and sleeps through the night.

She enjoys playing with toys. She loves playing and running with her foster dog brother in the backyard. She follows his lead and looks to him for support.

She is good with older kids. She can become overwhelmed with loud noises so a home with younger children isn’t ideal for her.

She is a dog who needs patience, structure, and commitment—but for the right home, she will be a deeply devoted loving dog who bonds strongly with her family.

To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org
Her adoption fee is $450, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, and deworming.
